Order Tracking & Confirmation

High-Value Shipment Responsibility

For security purposes, all high-value orders may require signature confirmation upon delivery.

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to the customer. Lunéa Paris is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen.

Customers are responsible for ensuring a secure delivery location.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Lunéa Paris is not liable for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
